Terms and Agreement for Stress Free CPR Training

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Stress Free CPR Training (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to CPR and first aid training, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

We provide CPR and first aid training services. The specific details, duration, and content of each course will be communicated to you prior to enrollment.

1. Registration and Payment

a) You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our courses.
b) Payment is required in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
c) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a) Cancellations made 14 or more days before the course date are eligible for a full refund.
b) Cancellations made 7-13 days before the course date are eligible for a 50% refund.
c) No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course date.
d) We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

1. Certification

a) Certification is contingent upon successful completion of the course and meeting all requirements set by the certifying body.
b) We do not guarantee certification. Participants must demonstrate competency to receive certification.

1. Liability Waiver

By participating in our training courses, you acknowledge that CPR and first aid involve physical activity. You agree to waive any claims against [Your Company Name], its instructors, and employees for injuries or damages, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

1. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the course, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, and videos, are the intellectual property of Stress Free CPR Training or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stress Free CPR Training/Essentials 4 Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law
